At Meet Bernard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our East Greenwich or North Cross Road boutiques using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 working days.
